- Reduce underskirt width @ bottom hem edge 3 5/8".
- Remove the panel at the underskirt.
- Make the skirt tiers follow continue to the underskirt edge.
- Remove the shirring from the underskirt overlapped portion.
- Keep the shirring from the wearer's left SS to the skirt overlap.
